Coming To America

Being a photographer has allowed me to meet sooooooooooooo many people from all walks of life. I feel as if I am the one being continually blessed by all these new people that one into my life. Photography has helped me grow personally. My world becomes a little larger and my heart opens a little wider.

Case in point is this amazing couple. Both have come from Nigeria in search of the American Dream. It’s not everyday that I get to spend an evening learning about another country, especially as far away as Nigeria. I got to hear stories first hand and not retold as in documentary that has been edited. It opens your eyes to hear the differences but also all the similarities between our two countries. We all dream to fall in love. We dream of a family and a place to call our own.
