The Little Blue Dress Shoot
Blond budding hair, bright blue eyes and a little blue dress. This was the image that greeted me as I met little one year old Liucija. A name that is as beautiful and unique as she is (Liucija is as her mother told me, “It’s a super normal Lithuanian name”. Her mother is from Lithuania).
The hardest part of this photoshoot was keeping up with little L (we will call her that because I am a terrible speller). For a little one that just turned one, she was full of fast moves. My little boys didn’t walk until well past their first birthdays. Ah, another thing that girls do better.She was one the go from the moment her mother put her down.
Little L loved to play! She wasn’t afraid on anything on the playground. She was a total go getter. I love the middle picture of her little baby feet. I LOVE shooting feet. They tell such a story.
What is a day at the park with out time on the swings. Even today, swings seem to call me when I go to the park for a photoshoot or with my boys. I did resist swinging this time but watch out on your shoot. You may find me breaking for a swing ride.
