Fun With Textures

I love having the ability to combine my love of photography with my passion for art. When I discovered textures I knew the world of my photo editing would never be the same. Today I was scrolling through old photos I took of my sons over a year and a half ago and realized that I could have some fun with them. These were all taken with my rebel camera and kit lens. This was before I understood the importance of a professional camera body and lens. So although the pictures were lacking in the clarity that I like, I loved the composition of them. So what to do? Play with TEXTURES! Textures add an ambiance and old world quality to these photos that were missing from the original shots.
