Family Love

I truly love all the families I get to meet and photograph.  

Sometimes a family comes along which brings tears to my eyes as I edit them.  This family did just that.  They are the type of  Christian families that really make you want to know what it is that they have……….and you want it!  You want to be around them and to soak up what it is they have.

They were so humble, so at peace and so full of love.  

When Deanna and I sat down to discuss a location for their family shoot she wanted to use the cross she had seen on my site on another shoot.  The cross represented who they were inside.  

As for the outside, Deanna told me she didn’t care if all the kids looked at the camera at the same time or not, she just wanted photos of them as they were.  She is a mom after my own heart!  I love when kids are not perfect on camera.  I love when they are goofy.  I love when they hug and are not all looking at the camera.  I love capturing life as it unfolds.
